RETURNS & REFUND
IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DEAD/FAULTY
If your item is damaged or not functioning due to an item flaw or not working as intended, you can return it. We will then hand over the product to the vendor.
WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM(S):
If you want to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 7 (7) days to do so, provided the product is in the exact same condition as received and with the original packaging intact. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you cancel before receiving the item, you may still terminate your order.
AFTER 7 DAYS FROM RECEIVING THE ITEM(S):
If there is nothing wrong with the item and you simply want to return it, note that individual sellers may not accept returns after 7 days. We can contact the seller on your behalf, but this depends on their policies.
REFUND
If a shipment is attempted, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, but you will receive a refund for the balance. This charge is waived if the item was defective, not as described, or not functioning as advertised. If the return is due to a change of mind, U WINN will retain shipping costs and refund only the product amount. Shipping fees are refunded for faulty/defective items.
GUARANTEE AND/OR WARRANTY
Items sold by third-party sellers on U WINN may have varying warranties (none, limited, or 1-year). U WINN is not liable for these items, but customers may pursue recourse directly with sellers.
I SUSPECT THE ITEM I BOUGHT IS FAKE. WHAT CAN I DO?
U WINN strictly prohibits fake items. Report suspicious listings to our Customer Service Team. We will investigate thoroughly, and sellers found violating this policy will face penalties, including store closure.
CAN I RETURN IT AND GET A REFUND?
If reported within 7 days (“No Questions Asked” period) and the item is in original condition with intact packaging, yes. Returns can be processed via the U WINN Client Service Desk. After 7 days, returns depend on the seller’s approval.
DISCLAIMER
U WINN reserves the right to terminate orders in cases such as:
- Fraudulent transactions (e.g., fake emails, payment methods, bulk orders).
- Incorrect product images/pricing.
- Regional functionality differences.
A full refund will be issued. If the product is opened, a 25% resale fee may apply.
U WINN HELP REPAIRS & RECOVERY
All devices are repaired with the owner’s consent. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only (not abuse, liquid damage, tampering, etc.). Quotation denial fees apply. Out-of-warranty repairs require payment. Unclaimed units after 60 days may be discarded. Service, delivery, and installation fees are non-refundable. Software sales are final.
